"Returned it fine, but still waiting on the refund"
The return itself was straightforward, so no real complaints there. But the only thing I’m really paying attention to now is the refund, and it’s taking way too long. I sent the item back and expected the money to show up by now, but I’m still waiting.

I got my order and two of the items were wrong, which was really frustrating. I did contact support because I figured mistakes happen and I wanted to give them a chance to fix it, but it took way too long to get sorted out. At that point, I just didn’t feel like it was worth the hassle. I don’t think I’m being unreasonable for expecting the right items or at least a quicker fix, so I probably won’t be ordering again

"Hard to get a clear update"
Uh, my experience with Premier Online was frustrating. I kept waiting for someone to give me a clear update, but most of the time I ended up having to chase them myself, which got old quickly.
The replies I did get were slow and didn’t really answer what I was asking. It felt like I was just left guessing the whole time, so I wouldn’t use them again

"Too pricey and only works when it wants"
I feel like this was way too expensive for what you actually get. I expected it to be a lot more reliable for the price, but it kind of works when it wants to, which gets frustrating fast. For the money, I just don’t think it’s worth it

"Shipping used to be better"
I’ve ordered from premieronline.com before and don’t remember the packaging being this bad, so this was disappointing. The box showed up smashed on one side, like it had been tossed around, and the tape was barely keeping it closed.

Luckily the item inside wasn’t completely ruined, but there was basically no padding and it was just loose in the box. They used to seem more careful with orders, but if this is how they’re shipping now, I’d think twice before ordering again

Trying to deal with my account turned into such a hassle. I kept running into login issues, and when I finally got in, the billing info still wasn’t right. I reached out for help, but it felt like I was just going in circles and wasting energy on something that should’ve been simple. After all that time and effort, it still wasn’t properly fixed. it was annoying, and I really wouldn’t want to deal with it again.

I did manage to get it installed in the end, but I was a little confused going through the steps. Some parts made sense, then other parts had me wondering if I missed something. It worked out, but the instructions could definitely be clearer.

"Warranty support was way more hassle than it should’ve been"
I bought something from premieronline.com, and it ended up breaking while it was still under warranty. I figured getting it sorted would be straightforward, but apparently that was asking too much.

They kept requesting the same details I’d already sent, which got old fast. Then they’d disappear for days, and when someone finally replied, it was basically a generic copy-paste response with no actual progress or useful update.
After weeks of politely following up, I still didn’t have a replacement or even a clear answer. It was a frustrating experience from start to finish, and I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

"Seems Legit, But I’d Still Be Careful"
I checked out Premier Online it does look like a real site. It didn’t give me those obvious scam vibes right away, and most of the info I was looking for was there. That said, I still wasn’t Totally comfortable using it. A few things felt like they could’ve been explained better, and I ended up double-checking some stuff before I felt okay trusting it. Overall, it seems fine, just not something I’d use without paying a little extra attention. Not Bad, but not amazing either.

"Listing was totally off"
I was annoyed when this showed up because it didn’t match the description at all. The size was wrong, the material wasn’t what was listed, and now I have to deal with the hassle of returning it. Just feels like extra effort I shouldn’t have had to put in

I was a little disappointed with the website. It technically works, but it wasn’t very easy to use. The pages felt slow, the menus were kind of confusing, and I had to click around more than I expected just to find basic information. It feels a bit outdated and messy overall. I think it would be much better if the layout was cleaner and the steps were easier to follow.

"Decent Site, Slow Support"
The site itself was fine to use, so at first I figured everything would be smooth. But when I had a question, customer service took days to get back to me. I assumed it would be a quick reply, especially for something that didn’t seem too complicated. When they finally answered, it was basic and didn’t really solve the issue. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating when I actually needed help.

I checked out premieronline.com hoping to compare a few brands I already know and usually shop for, but the selection ended up feeling narrow. There were a couple of recognizable names, but once I started looking for my usual options, a lot of them just weren’t there.

The site itself worked fine and I didn’t run into any issues browsing, but from my experience, it’s only really useful if the few brands they carry happen to be what you want. I might look again later to see if they add more, but right now it didn’t give me much reason to buy.

I didn’t have the best experience. I asked a few basic questions, and the staff seemed unsure, almost like they were guessing instead of actually knowing the answers.

I had to repeat myself a couple of times and still left without anything clear. Maybe it was just an off day, but for my own peace of mind, I’d rather not take chances with a service I don’t fully trust, so I wouldn’t use them again...

I placed a bulk order the whole thing was a mess. Some items showed up late, a few were missing, and support took forever to get back to me. The most frustrating part was that nobody seemed to know who was actually responsible for fixing it, I kept getting passed around with no clear owner. Definitely not ordering again.

I talked with the staff at premieronline.com and, to be fair, they were polite and seemed to know what they were doing. The tone was professional, and I never felt like they were just trying to brush me off.
That said, I started noticing a pattern with the replies taking longer than I expected. One answer would come through, then there’d be a bit of a wait again, and I ended up having to ask twice about the same thing before it was cleared up.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not as smooth as I was hoping. The people were decent and helpful enough, but the support process felt like it could be tightened up a bit.

I had a frustrating time trying to pay. The payment kept failing, and I couldn’t tell if it had actually gone through or not, which made the whole process stressful. By the end, I just felt annoyed and unsure about using it again

This felt cheap right out of the box, and it started showing wear way sooner than it should have. I get that not everything is going to be top-tier quality, but if a product is being sold as durable, the company should stand behind it and take some responsibility when it doesn’t hold up.
